Bryan “Pushing Daisies” Fuller Moves To Syfy
The man who created Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls and Dead Like Me (and worked on Heroes when it was good) is set to be showrunner on Syfy’s The Lotus Caves
Pushing Daisies creator/producer Bryan Fuller (one of the nicest men working in American TV), is off to Syfy, where he’ll be John Christopher’s The Lotus Caves for the small screen, reports EW’s Ausiello Files. That’s a slightly lesser known book (okay, we’d forgotten all about it) from the man most famous for giving us The Tripods trilogy.
The story involves two teenage boys, Marty and Steve, who live in Moon colony in 2068. All they know is life inside the large dome, but being rebellious teens they decide to explore beyond their usually boundaries and discover aliens living in the lunar caves. And not Clangers, sadly.
