This film was made completely of win. I took my boyfriend, who does not usually go to the Cinema and then only to complain, and he was giggling even as the Universal logo made its' appearance. This is by far the most fun movie I have seen all year.

I'm not sure about a 5 either (4/4.5 maybe), I did love it though, the little touches and attention to detail were just spot on and it certainly will be one of the most original films you'll see this year. Its quirkiness won't be to everyone's tastes (the wife was not all that impressed with it, and she usually goes for the kinda films I like... well, mostly) , but for anyone who has emptied heaps of change into a coin op cabinet in their misspent youth? I think you're going to like this one a lot.

Saw it at the weekend; I liked it but wouldn't give it 5 stars - 4 maybe. The constant comic-style captions and video-game effects were a bit irritating, but if they'd been less over the top they probably wouldn't have made sense. Particularly annoying (but possibly only an issue at my local cinema) was that some of the text boxes were so far to the side that they half disappeared off the screen. Still, a good bit of fun to while away a bank holiday.

Really not sure about this one, the trailers have been barely 2D in showing what the film is like and I just can't pull myself into believing the hype.

As far as I'm concerned it's a must see film.
Edgar Wright is a genius, he can do no wrong in my eyes.

I was one of those with a furrowed brow upon hearing that Cera would be Scott. While nothing I've seen in the trailers has served to convince me otherwise as yet, I'll reserve my final judgement until I see the movie. Can't wait!

I'm wary about this because I always tend to hate that same character Michael Cera always plays the exact same way in every film he's ever been in. I like the comics, I just wish they'd picked someone else.
