Tropic Thunder and Iron Man 2 scripter Justin Theroux is writing a romantic sit com about an astronaut for US network Fox.

Space Invader, based on an original idea by Mike Lisbe and Nate Reger, is about a man who decides to go to space after he suspects that his longtime girlfriend, an astronaut, is cheating on him with another spacewalker, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Will (Arrested Development) Arnett (left) is attached to star, and Theroux may also direct.
