US TV network ABC has ordered a pilot for a TV show written by former Trek producer Branon Braga and Blade creator David S Goyer. Called Flash Forward, and based on a novel by Robert J Sawyer it chronicles the chaos that ensues after everyone in the world blacks out for 2 minutes, 17 seconds and has a mysterious vision of the future that changes lives forever. Goyer will direct the pilot, according to
